镁粉尘层最低着火温度实验研究

         

摘要

采用热板测试装置及其改进装置研究层状镁粉尘的着火敏感性,分析镁粉着火燃烧机理及粒径对最低着火温度的影响.D50为6、47、104、173 μm镁粉尘层的最低着火温度分别为460、480、500、510℃.结果表明:随镁粉粒径增大,粉尘层最低着火温度升高.对镁粉尘层着火燃烧过程进行观察及分析,其燃烧是由固相燃烧到气相燃烧的两阶段燃烧.%In order to study the ignition sensitivity of magnesium dust layer, the hot plate testing device and its improved device were used to study the combustion mechanism and influence of par?ticle size on minimum ignition temperature of magnesium dust lay?er respectively. Minimum ignition temperature of dust layer for four magnesium specimens whose D50 was 6, 47, 104 and 173 μm are 460, 480, 500 and 510 ℃. The results showed that the bigger of particle size,the higher of minimum ignition temperature of dust layer. The ignition and combustion process of magnesium dust lay?er were observed and analyzed. The combustion was two stages combustion from solid phase combustion to gas phase combustion.
