基于爆炸抛洒灭火装置的中心抛撒药配方研究

         

摘要

采用现有的水基灭火弹,以零氧平衡原则为准则,同时考虑到镁粉和铝粉表面的氧化膜,由硝酸钾粉末、镁粉和铝粉等烟火药混合制成的中心抛撒药,通过实验结果对比得出最优配方.结果表明,采用质量分数为18%的镁粉、18%的铝粉和64%的硝酸钾作为中心抛撒药时水基灭火弹爆炸抛洒效果和灭火效果最优.%Using the existing water-based explosion-fire extinguish-ing bombs, based on the principle of zero oxygen balance, taking into account the oxide film on the surface of magnesium powder and aluminum powder, a center throwing chemicals formulation made of a mixture of pyrotechnic powder such as potassium nitrate powder, magnesium powder and aluminum powder was researched by experiments and the optimal mixture ratio was found. The re-sults showed that water-based blasting with 18% magnesium pow-der, 18% aluminum powder and 64% potassium nitrate in mass fraction as the center throwing agent has the best spraying effect and fire extinguishing effect.
