综合介绍国内外城市轨道客车产烟毒性评价标准.根据GB 20285标准产烟装置和FTIR烟气成分分析、动物暴露染毒法,对6种城市轨道客车用内装材料的产烟毒性进行对比.结果显示:所测材料的产烟毒性均通过ZA3级;成分分析法低估了门窗密封条和阻燃泡沫的毒性,高估了有机玻璃的毒性.使用FED值与动物暴露染毒相结合的方法,对城轨客车内装材料产烟毒性进行评价更为科学.%Standards about smoke toxicity evaluation of urban tran-sition vehicles in China and other countries were overviewed.The smoke toxicity of internal materials for 6 kinds of urban transition vehicles was compared by using GB 20285 standard smoke produc-ing device,chemical analysis and animal exposure method.The re-sults showed that the smoke toxicity of the tested materials all passed the ZA3 grade; the toxicity of the sealing strip and flame re-tardant foam were underestimated by chemical analysis,and the toxicity of PMMA was overestimated.It is more scientific to use FED value and animal exposure together for evaluating the smoke toxicity of interior materials for urban transition vehicles.
