硫酸储运项目泄漏模拟及消防对策探讨

         

摘要

通过对典型硫酸事故的分析,对硫酸的火灾危险性进行了判别说明.为提高硫酸储运的消防可靠性,降低事故风险,减少事故损失,依托某400 kt/a硫酸储运项目,对项目可能发生的泄漏事故进行模型分析.根据模拟结果,探讨在硫酸泄漏及火灾情形下应采取的消防措施.阐述的对策措施可有效应对项目可能发生的各类危险,杜绝硫酸给周围环境带来的危害,为同类项目相关设计及消防工作提供参考.%Through the analysis of typical sulfuric acid accidents,this paper described the fire hazard of sulphuric acid.In order to im-prove the safety of the storage and transportation of sulfuric acid,reduce the risk of accidents,and decrease the loss of accidents,model analysis of the possible leakage accident of the project was carried out relying on a 400 kt/a sulfuric acid storage and transpor-tation project.According to the simulation results,the fire control measures which should be taken in the case of sulfuric acid leakage and fire were discussed.The measures could cope with all kinds of dangers effectively,eliminate the hazards caused by sulfuric acid to the surrounding environment and provide reference for the relat-ed design and fire fighting of the same project.
