使用Gambit建立室内常用单股电缆的2D模型,用Fluent模拟不同电流大小、不同电缆外套、不同外环境下绝缘层的温升过程.结果表明,电流越大温升速度越大,且急速升温后趋于稳定上升,PP材料的温升速度大于PP-IFR;套管材料的导热系数较大时,温升速度较小;埋在混凝土墙体内部的电缆温升速度比曝露在空气中小.%A 2-D model of indoor normal single strand flame retardant cable was built by Gambit.Fluent was used to simulate the temperature rise of the insulation layer under different current size, cable jacket and environment.Results showed that, the bigger the current, the faster the temperature rise;a rapid temperature rise is followed by steady rise;the temperature rise of PP is faster than PP-IFR;the temperature rise is slower when the thermal conductivity of jacket is bigger;the temperature rise is slower when the cable is inside the concrete wall than that when the cable is exposed to air.
