电线电缆燃烧产物的红外光谱分析

         

摘要

使用锥形量热仪,对聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯绝缘电线电缆进行有焰燃烧试验.对燃烧产生的烟尘以及残留物进行红外光谱分析,得到燃烧产物中主要官能团有羟基、甲基、苯环.在400~1 600 cm-1波数范围内,聚氯乙烯绝缘材质电线电缆燃烧烟尘的红外光谱呈一条直线,而聚乙烯绝缘电线电缆有明显吸收杂峰;当热辐射通量大于20 kW/m2时,聚乙烯绝缘材质电线电缆燃烧残留物中的苯环和甲基的吸收峰消失,趋于一条直线;而聚氯乙烯绝缘电线电缆燃烧残留物中的吸收峰强度明显下降,但吸收峰不消失.%Using cone calorimeter,the flame test of polyethylene and PVC insulated wire and cable was carried out.The infrared spectroscopic analysis was made on smoke dust and combustion residues,it showed that the main functional groups in combustion products were hydroxyl,methyl and phenyl.With the wavenumber between 400 cm 1 and 1 600 cm-1,as for PVC insulated wire,the infrared spectra of smoke dust was a straight line,but as for polyethylene insulated wire,the curve had obvious absorption peaks;when the heat flux is greater than 20 kW/m2,as for polyethylene insulated wire,the absorption peak of benzene and methyl of combustion residues disappeared,tend to be a straight line;but as for PVC insulated wire,the absorption peak intensity decreased significantly,but the absorption peak did not disappear.
