含水率对森林腐殖质阴燃传播的影响

         

摘要

采用帽儿山实验林场内的红松林腐殖质为实验材料,研究不同含水率对腐殖质阴燃传播的温度、速度以及失重过程的影响.采用自主设计的阴燃炉,在横向、密封的燃烧腔内进行阴燃实验.原料放在100℃干燥箱内烘干36 h,用振动筛和圆孔筛选出粒径为40、60目的腐殖质,放在水内浸泡40 h,再用80℃的干燥箱烘干,得到实验所需的不同含水率的材料.结果表明,不同含水率的腐殖质阴燃温度变化趋势大致相同,峰值温度也都在730℃左右;随着含水率的增加,阴燃的传播速度减小;含水率对腐殖质阴燃过程中的质量变化影响不显著.%Taking Korean pine forest humus in Mao'ershan Experimental Forest Farm as experimental materials,the effect of moisture content on smoldering temperature,rate of smoldering spread and weightlessness of humuswas investigated.The experiments were carried out in the smoldering furnace which has horizontal sealed combustion cavity.The materials were dried for 36 h at 100 ℃2 and were selected by vibration sieve and circular sieve to be humus with 40 mesh and 60 mesh.The humus was soaked for 40 h and dried at 80 ℃ to get the samples with different moisture content.The experiment results showed that temperature change trend of smoldering in humus with different moisture content was roughly the same,and peak temperature was also approximately 730 ℃.With the increase of moisture content,spread rate of smoldering in humus decreased.Effect of moisture content on the quality changes of humus in smoldering process is not significant.
