转弯对管道内甲烷爆炸传播特性的影响研究

         

摘要

Set the test plan, the influence of different turning angles on the propagation characteristics of methane explosion in pipeline was studied. The turning angles were set as 52°、90° and 145° , the peak value of explosion overpressure and the flame propagation speed were tested. The results showed that before the turning, the change trend of peak overpressure and flame propagation velocity in turning pipeline and straight pipeline was the same; at the turn?ing point, the peak overpressure increased rapidly while the flame propagation speed reduced greatly; after the turning, the smaller the turning angle was, the greater the peak overpressure was, and the greater the flame propagation speed was.%设计实验方案,测试不同转弯角度对管道内甲烷爆炸传播特性的影响.转弯角度分别为52°、90°和145°,测试不同转弯角度下管道内甲烷爆炸超压峰值及火焰传播速度的变化规律.结果表明,转弯之前,转弯管道内超压峰值的变化趋势及火焰传播速度与长直管道中基本一致;转弯处,超压峰值迅速增大,而火焰传播速度却大幅度降低;转弯后,转弯角度越小,超压峰值增幅越大,火焰传播速度加速度越大.
