厂房泄压面积量化分析探讨

         

摘要

在分析GB 50016-2014《建筑设计防火规范》厂房泄压面积计算方法来由及量纲问题的基础上,分别针对具有可燃粉尘和可燃气体/液体蒸气爆炸危险封闭空间的泄压面积/泄压比量化方法进行讨论.结果表明,可燃粉尘的防爆泄压面积主要与粉尘爆炸指数、泄压装置的启动压力、有无泄压条件下封闭结构内能够达到的最大压力和封闭结构的容积等因素有关;具有可燃气体/液体蒸气爆炸危险厂房的防爆泄压面积与其基础燃烧速率等有关;与按照2007版和2013版NFPA 68推荐方法得到的泄压比数据相比,我国现行规定的数值偏小.针对上述问题,从量纲和泄压比数据两个方面对相关规定提出修订建议.%Based on the analysis of the origin of plant vent area cal?culation and the dimensional problem in GB 50016-2014,Code for fire protection design of buildings, the vent area/vent ratio quanti?fication method was discussed against the enclosed space with the hazard of combustible dust explosion and combustible gas/liquid vapor explosion separately. Results showed that, the vent area of combustible dust was mainly connected with the dust deflagration index, starting pressure of vent device, the maximum pressure in the closed structure with and without venting, and the volume of the closed structure; for plant with the hazard of combustible gas/liquid vapor explosion, the vent area was connected with the basic combustion velocity, and the current stated value in China is small?er than the vent ratio recommended by 2007 and 2013 edition NF?PA 68. Against the problems, suggestions of the revision were made in points of dimension and vent ratio data.
