通过酸化改性修饰碳纳米管,采用原位聚合法,将苯乙烯与碳纳米管进行共聚,得到新型聚苯乙烯/碳纳米管复合材料(PS/MWCNT).利用红外光谱和扫描电镜对PS/MWCNT纳米复合材料进行结构表征,以热重分析(TGA)、氧指数(LOI)和示差扫描量热法(DSC)对复合材料的热稳定性和阻燃性能进行评估,初步探讨了阻燃机理.结果表明,MWCNT可以有效提高PS材料的热稳定性、降低燃烧能力,有效吸附大量CO2和热量,且与PS形成有效、紧密的"混杂/阻塞网络"结构,降低燃烧放热,达到阻燃效果.%A composite based on polystyrene (PS) reinforced by multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) was prepared by a polymerization method.The structure of PS/MWCNT composite was studied by FT-IR and scanning electron microscope method.The effect of the MWCNT addition on the thermal and flammability properties of the composite were studied by thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry and limiting oxygen index methods.The flame retarding mechanism was studied preliminarily.Results showed that,MWCNT can mprove the thermal stability of PS,and reduce the combustion capability effectively,adsorbent a large amount of CO2 and heat,and form "hybrid/block network" with PS,which can reduce the combustion and heat release,to achieve the flame retardant effect.
