基于GIS的区域火灾风险评估技术

         

摘要

从区域固有火灾风险水平、区域消防保护水平和区域可接受火灾风险水平3方面论证,建立评估指标体系,采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,应用加权综合法计算火灾风险.采用C/S模式,选择C#语言基于ArcGIS Engine进行系统的二次开发,开发了区域火灾风险评估应用系统.该软件基本实现了地图数据导入与浏览、火灾风险评估模型构建,火灾风险评估与结果展示等功能.以P城市为例对上述研究成果进行了应用示范,示范结果较好地实现了区域火灾风险数据处理、火灾风险评估与火灾风险地图分级显示.%From regional inherent fire risk level, regional fire protection level and regional acceptable fire risk levels, evaluation index system was composed.The weight of each index was determined by using AHP.The fire risk were calculated by using comprehensive assessment method.Using C/S mode, regional fire risk assessment application systems was developed by C# language secondary development system based on ArcGIS Engine.The software realized functions of map data import and browse, fire risk assessment model building, fire risk evaluation and results display.The research results were demonstrated in case study of city P.The demonstration results better realized the data processing area fire risk, fire risk assessment and fire risk map outline.
