水对过氧化苯甲酰热爆炸的抑制作用

         

摘要

为深入分析水系抑制剂对过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)热爆炸危险参数的影响,采用绝热加速量热仪研究了干燥及含水质量分数30%的BPO的热分解过程,用速率常数法计算了反应级数、表观活化能和指前因子,并计算了特定包装条件下BPO的自加速分解温度(SADT).测试结果显示加入水可以提高BPO的SADT,并有效减缓热分解过程的激烈程度.%In order to analyze the influence of water to the thermal explosion of benzoyl peroxide(BPO), the thermal decomposition reactions of BPO dry sample and wet sample consist of 30% mass ratio of water were measured by adiabatic accelerating rate calorimeter (ARC). The reaction order, activation energy and pre-exponential factor were calculated by the rate constant method. The self-accelerating decomposition temperatures (SADT) were also calculated for the two samples at an specific package condition. It can be concluded that the addition of water would raise the SADT of BPO, and it can release the violence degree of BPO thermal decomposition reaction.
