Based on the field investigation in the coal chemical projects, and combining related technical reports and petrochemical processes, the fire risks of synthetic natural gas from coal were discussed in points of coal handling and technics process. The results showed that coal handling, methanation and gasification units have the highest fire risks. Fire control methods were put forward.%在实地调研的基础上,结合已公布的煤制天然气技术报告和现有的石化过程,从备煤过程和工艺过程两方面探讨了煤制天然气的火灾危险性特点.分析表明,煤制天然气项目中火灾危险性最大且最具特殊性的环节主要包括备煤单元、甲烷化装置和气化装置.在此基础上探讨了煤制天然气的火灾防范措施.
