The problems in firefighting supervisor conducting firefighting law and regulation were proposed,such as failurelaw and bad law enforcement attitude, the reason was analyzed,and countermeasures were proposed on standardization construction of fire law enforcement,such as improving personnel quality and mechanism of evaluation and appraisal,in order to meet the need of law enforcement fairness and justice and firefighting management innovation.%提出现实消防监督人员在执法过程中的问题,如有法不依、执法思想不端正等,分析存在问题的原因,并提出消防执法规范化建设的对策,如提高人员素质、健全考核评价机制等,以回应社会对执法公平正义和消防管理创新的期待.
