提出了一种基于AT89C51单片机的注氮防火控制装置的软硬件设计方案,采用氧化锆氧传感器作为氧含量探测器,通过数码管、LED显示和蜂鸣器报警监测防护区域中氧气含量,通过控制压电阀门的开合程度调整注入氮气流量,实现控制防护区域中氧气含量的功能.该装置具有稳定、精确和操作方便的特点.%Software and hardware design of nitrogen injection for fire prevention control device based on AT89C51 microcontroller was proposed, using zirconia oxygen sensor as the oxygen content detector,through the digital tube, LED display and buzzer alarm, oxygen content in the protective zone was monitored, and by controlling the opening and closing of the piezoelectric valve, the nitrogen flow was adjusted to control oxygen content. The device features stable, accurate and easy to operate.
