自动喷水灭火系统若干技术改进措施探讨

         

摘要

According to the analysis of the common technical malfunction of the sprinkler system's automatic starting, this paper proposes technical measures to solve them: setting the pressure switch of wet alarm valve and that of supply pipe in parallel in order to control the spray pump's starting directly. Suggesting on the use of double check for shock absorption instead of universal switch on the controller of spray pump, the use of double ball float valve or magnetic valve in gravity fire tank and adjusting the location of control valve on wet alarm valve's alarm pipeline. And also suggestions were given about improving the related specification for a better credibility of sprinkler system.%通过分析自动喷水灭火系统自动启动故障的几种常见原因,提出了:用湿式报警阀的压力开关和供水管上的压力开关并联直接控制喷淋泵启动的控制方式;建议采取“双止回阀”减震;取消喷淋泵控制器的“万能开关”;在高位消防水箱中使用双浮球阀或双电磁阀以及调整湿式报警阀报警管路上的控制阀设置位置等技术措施,并对有关规范提出了改进建议,以提高自动喷水灭火系统的可靠性.
