Based on the analysis of the influence of national standard of "Portable fire extinguisher" on the management system of portable fire extinguishers, and users of the stand-ard, the objectives of the modification of the standard was iden-tified. The important modifications of the standard have been studied, which are the name and the structure of it, perform-ance and testing method of extinguishing medium, fuel of test fires, long-term leakage test, technical support on extinguisher certification, and maintenance of extinguishers.%分析国家标准《手提式灭火器》对手提式灭火器产品管理系统各方面的影响力以及该标准的各使用方,确定GB4351.1-2005《手提式灭火器第1部分:性能和结构要求》的修订目标.分析名称、结构、灭火剂的性能要求和试验方法、灭火试验用燃油、长期存放密封性能试验、灭火器产品认证的配套、灭火器维修的规定等方面的重大改动.
