饲料中铁元素含量对鱼菜共生系统水质及鱼菜生长的影响

         

摘要

通过控制饲料中铁元素含量,研究其对鱼(金鲫)、菜(红皱生菜和红油阿拉斯)生长和系统水质的影响.实验设置1个对照组和5个处理组,饲料铁含量分别为0、0、10、20、40和80 mg/kg.结果显示:该系统对水体质量有净化作用;不同铁含量对金鲫存活率影响不显著(P>O.05),对增重率影响显著(P<0.05);当饲料中铁含量为20 mg/kg时,金鲫鱼存活率和鱼体增重率均达到最大值;饲料中铁含量为80 mg/kg时,金鲫的存活率和增重率均出现下降趋势;饲料中不同铁含量对两种蔬菜的存活率和增重率均没有产生显著影响(P>0.05),但在增重率方面有一定的差异.研究表明:饲料中添加铁元素能够促进金鲫和蔬菜的生长,当铁元素含量为20 mg/kg时,该鱼菜共生系统具有最佳的生产力.%The effects on the growth of fish (Gold cracian carp) and vegetables (Lactuca sativa L.) and the water quality of the system were studied by controlling iron content in feed.One control group and five treatment groups were set up in the experiment,with iron content of 0,0,10,20,40 and 80 mg/kg respectively.The results showed that the system has obvious effect on purifying the water.There was no significant influence of iron content on the survival rate of gold cracian carp (P > 0.05),but there was significant influence on the weight gain rate (P<0.05).When iron content in feed was 20 mg/kg,the survival rate and weight gain rate of gold cracian carp both reached the maximum.When iron content in feed was 80 mg/kg,the survival rate and weight gain rate of gold cracian carp both decreased.There was no significant influence of iron content in feed on the survival rate and weight gain rate of the two vegetables (P>0.05),but there were some differences in weight gain rate.The results showed that addition of iron into feed could promote the growth of gold cracian carp and vegetables,and when the iron content was 20 mg/kg,the aquaponic system showed the optimal productivity.
