涡旋压缩机单向流固耦合方法与涡旋齿变形分析

         

摘要

A one-way FSI simulation calculation method based on the flow field’s effect on structure boundary deformation was proposed,which discuss the entire effect of the flow field generating to structure boundary forcing and deformation.A 3-D scroll compressor model with leakage was built based on tapered meshing clearance and thickness scroll wrap.The pressure field distri-bution was obtained through the working process simulation of the liquid-injected scroll compressor with a LES viscosity model, which showed the pressure along the Z axis was uneven and the maximum of pressure difference was found in the generating angle 492°along the profile.The stress and deformation distribution laws were obtained on any work state through loading the pressure on the solid boundary directly.The stress and deformation laws were obtained along the wrap with the pressure difference,the results show that there are two obvious maximums in the middle of the wrap and the maximum deformation was found in the generating angle 500°along the profile.The loading process was more continuous,closer to the actual process,and the results were more accurate.%提出一种涡旋压缩机气体流场对固体边界受力变形影响的单向流固耦合计算方法,建立了考虑泄漏间隙的带有齿头修正的渐变啮合间隙变壁厚的涡旋压缩机三维几何模型,采用 LES 湍流模型对其工作过程进行模拟从而得到流场分布,其压力分布沿 Z 方向不均匀,压差在涡旋型线展角492°处最大。将压力场载荷直接加载到固体边界上,得到任意工作状态下的涡旋齿受力和变形规律,分析了流场变化对固体边界涡旋齿受力、变形的影响。得到了涡旋齿的受力和变形规律,沿涡旋齿型线展角500°处变形最大与压力差分布相符。该压力载荷加载方式更加连续,更接近于实际工作状态,计算结果更为准确。
