Standard evaluating method for barley is labor and time consuming. But near infrared transmission technique (NIT) with the rapid character can simultaneously measure multiple traits in very limited time. This study investigated the application of NIT analysis of moisture and protein, which is the important value in evaluating the barley quality. The result shows that the correlation coefficient for prediction value and the chemical analysis value were highly significant.Thereby it could be used in the early generation screening technique.%蛋白质和水分是大麦品质分析的重要指标,传统的分析方法繁琐耗时。研究采用透射型近红外光谱仪对整粒大麦的上述两项指标直接分析,结果有很好的准确度和精确度。此方法只需将少量样品装样、扫描,数十秒即可得到分析结果,可很好的应用于大麦的品质分析。
