本文探讨了具有清热功能活性的7种传统中药草水提取液的中空纤维膜微滤澄清工艺。在研究中空纤维膜微滤条件对中草药提取液体系稳定性影响的基础上,采用正交试验,以膜通量和主要有效活性成分总黄酮含量为指标,综合考察了进料温度、进料压力、过滤压差对澄清过程中膜通量和有效活性成分总黄酮含量的影响。结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为进料温度为55℃、进料压力为0.08MPa、过滤压差为0.03MPa。中空纤维膜微滤处理对中草药提取液的澄清度有显著改善作用,可溶性固形物及总黄酮含量略有减少。中空纤维膜澄清中草药提取液的工艺可行。%Seven kinds of Chinese traditional herbal extract which had heat-clearing function were clarification by hollow fiber membrane. Based on the effect of hollow fiber microfiltration membrane stability on herbal extract, several factors affecting the membrane flux and the content of total flavonoids were discussed by orthogonal design, such as temperature, pressure, pressure differential. The result showed that the optimized condition as follows:temperature at 55℃, pressure at 0.08MPa, pressure differential at 0.03MPa. The clarity of herbal extract was marked improvement by microfiltration membrane treatment, soluble solids and total flavonoids content decreased slightly. Hollow fiber membranes in clarification of herbal extract technology was feasible.
