评价并比较茯砖茶、红茶对酒精致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用,为饮茶保护肝脏损伤和后期应用提供科学依据.制备酒精肝损伤小鼠模型,采用茯砖茶提取物高、中、低剂量组,红茶提取物高、中、低剂量组灌胃,以蒸馏水和阳性药凯西莱两组为对照组,检测小鼠血清ALT、AST、TC、TG和肝脏中SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、肝系数等指标,并比较茯砖茶与红茶对酒精性肝损伤的保护效果.结果表明:与模型组相比,茯砖茶、红茶、阳性药凯西莱均能明显改善小鼠血清ALT、AST、TC、TG和肝脏中SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、肝脏系数的情况,茯砖茶和红茶改善小鼠血清ALT、AST、TC、TG和肝脏中SOD、GSH-Px、MDA、肝脏系数的水平差别不大.%The aim of this study is to evaluate and investigate the protective effects of Fuzhuan tea and black tea on the alcoholic liver injury model,and provide a basis for the further alcoholic liver injury research and application in the treatment.Experimental groups were given Fuzhuan tea and black tea with three different concentrations,which is 70 mg/kg,140 mg/kg,280 mg/kg.The AST,ALT,TC,TG,GSH-Px,SOD,MDA and liver coefficient were measured.The effects of the two different teas were compared too.Compare with the model control group,the AST,ALT,TC,TG,GSH-Px,SOD,MDA were changed significantly in the Fuzhuan tea treatment group and black tea treatment group,and there is no obvious difference between Fuzhuan tea treatment group and black tea treatment group.
