In order to evaluate health and safety performance of ferritic stainless steel SUS443, which is used in field of food contact materials, heavy metal migration behavior of ferritic stainless steel in acetic acid solution and chlorinated acetic acid, as well as effect of immersion time and temperature to migration were studied. Fei Cr and Ni were selected as Indicator items, and SUS304 austenitic stainless steel act as a reference. The results showed that heavy metal migration quantity of the 443 stainless steel was less than the migration of the corresponding elements in the 304 stainless steel under the same test conditions.%为评价新型铁素体不锈钢SUS443应用于食品接触材料领域的安全性能,以Fe、Cr和Ni的迁移量为表征指标,以SUS304奥氏体不锈钢做为参比,研究铁素体不锈钢在醋酸溶液及含氯醋酸介质中的重金属迁移行为以及浸泡时间和温度对迁移量的影响.结果表明,在相同试验条件下,SUS443不锈钢的重金属迁移量要小于SUS304不锈钢中相应元素的迁移量,表明其具有更高的安全性能.
