A stractural kinetic model of peanut (Arachis hypogaea)root cell suspension system was established after the way of sugar in culture process. The growth of peanut cell, synthesis and accumulation of resveratrol, and kinetic change relations of sugar comsuption in culture medium was studied by using the model. By experiment detecting, literature consulting, and computer solution, the stractural kinetic model parameters of nonlinear differential equations were determined. Comparison between experimental values and calculating values by stuctural model, the model was basically consistent with the result of experiment.%以培养基中蔗糖在培养过程中所经历的途径为依据,建立花生根细胞悬浮培养结构化动力学数学模型;并采用该结构模型分析花生根细胞的生长、白藜芦醇的合成积累以及与培养基底物消耗的动态变化关系;通过试验测定、文献查阅和计算机求解等多途径确定动力学非线性微分方程组的模型参数.建模后各参数模型曲线与试验值比较,其模型计算与试验结果基本相符.
