中空纤维离心超滤法测定乳制品中5种添加剂

         

摘要

The method was established to analysis the content of five kinds of acesulfame,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,dehydroacetic acid and saccharin sodium in milk products by hollow fiber ultrafiltration-chromatography high performance liquid(HPLC). A hollow fiber based centrifugal ultrafiltration pretreatment procedure was applied to purify solution samples,and sample pretreatment could be completed by single-step.A Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate solution(4 : 96, volume ratio). The detector mode was multi wavelength. The good linear relation of acesulfame,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,dehydroacetic acid and saccharin sodium were obtained in the range of 0.50 μg/mL-50.1 μg/mL.The average recovery of acesulfame,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,dehydroacetic acid and saccharin sodium were over 93.5 % with the RSD less than 1.4 %.Thus,the determination method is simple and rapid,and it provides the accurate and reliable sample pretreament method for determinating the content of five kinds of additives in milk products.%建立中空纤维离心超滤-高效液相色谱法分析乳制品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸和糖精钠的含量.采用中空纤维超滤法进行分离、纯化,一步即可完成样品前处理过程;色谱柱为Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-0.01 mol/mL乙酸铵溶液(4:96,体积比),采用多波长检测.结果表明:安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸和糖精钠分别在0.50 μg/mL~50.1 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,3种乳制品所得加样回收率均>93.5 %,RSD<1.4 %.该方法简便快捷,为乳制品中5种添加剂的含量测定提供了准确、可靠的样品前处理方法.
