A method for the determination of 28 pesiticide residues in green tea has been established using GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry). The samples were extracted by acetonitrile in an ultrasonic bath and cleaned up by Cleanert TPT (2 g/12 mL)solid phase extraction (SPE) columns. The analytes were deter-mined by GC-MS and quantified by internal standard method. The results of the spiked level test showed that the average recovery of 28 pesticides ranged from 82.5%to 106.7%with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.6 %-7.1 % at the spike levels of 0.05 mg/kg and 0.15 mg/kg. The limits of detection were 0.005 mg/kg-0.040 mg/kg. The sample pretreatment method is simple and suitable for batch processing. Moreover the accura-cy, precision and sensitivity of this method can meet the requirements of the multiple pesticide residue analysis.%建立绿茶中28种农药残留同时测定的气相色谱-质谱分析方法。绿茶样品采用乙腈超声提取,经Cleanert TPT(2 g/12 mL)复合固相萃取小柱净化,气相色谱-质谱分析,内标法定量。方法的添加回收试验表明:在0.05、0.15 mg/kg两个添加水平,28种农药的平均回收率为82.5%~106.7%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~7.1%;方法的检出限为0.005 mg/kg~0.040 mg/kg。该方法样品前处理简单,适合批量前处理,准确度、精密度和灵敏度均符合农药多残留检测的技术要求。
