A high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed for the deter-mination of carbamate pesticide residues of minor food crops. The samples were extracted by ultrasonic extrac-tion with acetonitrile, the average spiked recovery of this method was range from 83.5 % to 103 %. Limit of de-tection were in 0.006 μg/kg-0.031 μg/kg, limit of quantitation were in 0.016 μg/kg-0.085 μg/kg. Relative stan-dard deviation were in 0.83 %-5.8 %.%建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定小杂粮中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留分析方法.样品以乙腈为提取剂,超声波提取.该方法加标回收率平均值为83.5%~103%,检出限在0.006μg/kg~0.031μg/kg,定量限在0.016μg/kg~0.085μg/kg范围内,相对标准偏差在0.83%~5.8%范围内.
