The contents of anti-oxidant components, polyphenols and flavonoids, in mulberry from three differ-ent areas were determined and their antioxidant activities were assayed preliminarily. The results showed that these mulberries from three different origins had relatively strong free radical DPPH scavenging ability and re-ducing power, which were an excellent natural antioxidants.%对3种不同产地桑葚中抗氧化成分多酚及黄酮类物质进行定量,并对抗氧化性进行了初步探讨。结果表明,这3种不同产地桑葚均有比较强的DPPH自由基清除能力以及还原能力,是一种优良的天然抗氧化剂。
