血红铆钉菇黄酮体外抗氧化活性的研究

         

摘要

The extraction and antioxidant activity in vitro of flavonoids from Chroogomphis rutilus was investi-gated. The extraction process was optimized using response surface methodology. The evaluation of antioxidant activity was carried out by DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging assays in comparison to VC. The opti-mum extraction conditions were determined as 83%, 15∶1(mL/g), 2.5 h and 85℃for ethanol concentration, sol-vent-to-solid ratio, extraction time and temperature, respectively. The experimentally observed on extraction efficiency of flavonoids under the optimized conditions was 6.72%. In DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical scav-enging assays, the IC50 of the flavonoids from Chroogomphis rutilus were 0.01,0.17 mg/mL, were higher than that of VC. These results showed that flavonoids of Chroogomphis rutilus had strong antioxidant activity in vitro.%研究血红铆钉菇黄酮提取工艺及其体外抗氧化作用。在单因素基础上,采用响应面优化血红铆钉菇黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件。以VC为对照,对其清除1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基、羟自由基(·OH)的能力进行探讨。结果表明最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数83%、液料比15∶1(mL/g)、提取时间2.5 h、提取温度85℃,在此条件下进行验证试验,血红铆钉菇黄酮的提取率可达6.72%。血红铆钉菇总黄酮清除DPPH自由基、·OH的IC50值分别为0.01、0.17 mg/mL,均高于VC。表明血红铆钉菇黄酮具有较强的体外抗氧化活性。
