低聚果糖对举重运动员训练后免疫功能的影响

         

摘要

In order to study the low poly fructose load movement effect of immune function of athletes, we se-lected 40 weightlifting college students as subjects to experiment, after a period of eight weeks, the results showed that the observation group athletes body weight and body mass index was significantly increased (P<0.05), and by flow cytometry detection, white blood cells, lymphocytes, monocytes and neutrophils quantity were higher than the control group(P<0.05), and T lymphocyte subgroup classification was better than that of control group athletes(P<0.05).Through analyzing the number of immune globulin in the blood, in the blood of the observation group of athletes IgA, IgG and IgM content was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).All of the object of study has not been any adverse reactions occur, proved that low poly fructose fructose function effectively relieve exercise-induced fatigue.%为研究低聚果糖对运动员负荷运动免疫功能的影响,我们选取40名举重专业大学生作为实验对象进行实验,经过为期8周的研究,结果表明:观察组运动员体重和体重指数较对照组运动员明显提高(P<0.05),而通过流式细胞仪检测,白细胞,淋巴细胞,单核细胞和中性粒细胞数量高于对照组运动员(P<0.05),而T淋巴亚群分类情况优于对照组运动员(P<0.05)。通过对血液中的免疫球蛋白数量分析,观察组运动员血液中的IgA,IgG和IgM含量明显高于对照组运动员(P<0.05)。所有的研究对象均未发生任何不良反应,证明低聚果糖果糖具有效缓解运动性疲劳的功能。
