对所配制的葛根饮料进行了急性毒性试验及解酒护肝的功效评价。葛根饮料中葛根总异黄酮含量是2%。急性毒性试验，小鼠未出现中毒症状，脏器均未发现病变，葛根功能饮料对雌雄小鼠的急性经口LD50>600 mL/（kg·mb·md），表明该样品无毒。功效评价试验，测试组的平均醉酒时间显著长于空白组（P600 mL/(kg·mb·md)]. Efficacy evaluation tests showed that the average drunk time of test group was significantly longer than that the control group (P<0.01), and the average sober time of test group was short compared with the control (P<0.05). The concentration of ethanol in blood was determined by every 1 h. At 1 , 4 ,5 h, the content of ethanol in the test group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and at 2 , 6 h, the content of ethanol in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). Results confirmed that before drinking wine, drinking a moderate amount of puerariae functional bever-age could effectively prolong ebriety time, shorten time to sober up, increase capacity for liquor and anti-drunk, and also could effectively avoid or alleviate the acute liver injury caused by alcohol.
