Pueraria lobata was used as raw material to extract total flavonoids by the high-intensity pulsed elec-tric fields, with the yield of total flavonoids as index, based on this single factor experiment, the effects of stuff-liquid ratio,electric field intensity,and electric pulse number on the yield of total flavonoids were discussed by respons surface methodology,and determined the best extraction process parameters of these three factors.The results showed that, the most yield rate 10.373%by total flavonoids was achieved under the following condi-tions the ethanol concentrations 60%, ratio of stuff-liquid ratio 1∶32 (g/mL), electric field intensity 16 kV/cm, electric pulse number 8.%以乙醇为溶剂,采用高压脉冲电场辅助提取葛花黄酮,以黄酮得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面法考察乙醇浓度、料液比、电场强度、脉冲数对葛花黄酮得率的影响并确定最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明:乙醇浓度60%,料液比1∶32(g/mL),电场强度16 kV/cm,脉冲数8个,此时黄酮得率为10.373%。
