将白兰地经0.45μm滤膜过滤后直接进样,选用Inertsil ODS3 C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以添加1%甲酸的乙腈、甲醇和水为流动相,采用梯度洗脱方式,对多酚物质进行分离。选取二极管阵列检测器,对待测物进行定性及定量分析。试验结果表明,在一定范围内,标准物质呈现良好的线性关系,检出限能够满足定量要求。利用上述方法对30个白兰地样品进行分析,结果表明,所有样品中均检出没食子酸、鞣花酸和糠醛;大部分样品中检出香草酸、丁香酸、香草醛、丁香醛、芥子醛和松柏醛;选取的样品中未检出原儿茶酸、芥子酸、阿魏酸和肉桂酸。%The brandy after 0.45μm membrane filter was determined using inertsil ODS3 C18 column(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5μm). The polyphenol compounds were isolated using the mobile phase adding 1%formic acid in acetonitrile, methanol and water with gradient elution mode. The results showed that in a certain range, the standard material presented a good linear relationship and the detection limit was suitable for the quantitative requirements. Thirty brandy samples were determined by the above method. The results showed that all samples were detected out gallic acid, ellagic acid and furfural. The majority of the samples were detected out vanillic acid, syringic acid, vanillin, syringaldehyde, sinapaldehyde and coniferaldehyde. The compounds of protocat-echuic acid, sinapic acid, ferulic acid and cinnamic acid were not detected in the brandy samples.
