酶解法提取银耳多糖的工艺及稳定性研究

         

摘要

To deep processing of tremella polysaccharide. In this paper , enzymatic hydrolysis extraction of tremella polysaccharide extraction condition was optimized. Enzymatic hydrolysis the highest extraction rate was 15.36%, the recovery rate of 97.3%, the precision of 1.2%, the best conditions for:cellulase 1.5%, 0.5%cellulase and 2.0%acid protease, temperature 50℃, pH4.5, time for 60 min. Through experiment that the temperature and pH on the polysaccharide extract, extract has a good stability. Sugar has promoting effect to the extract, lactic acid and vice. Enzymatic hydrolysis. is a kind of mild conditions, the extraction methods of saving energy consumption, high extraction yield.%为了对银耳多糖进行深加工,本文优化了酶解法提取银耳多糖的提取条件。酶解法最高提取率为15.36%,回收率97.3%,精密度1.2%,最佳条件为:纤维素酶1.5%,纤维素酶0.5%,中性蛋白酶2.0%,温度50℃,pH4.5,时间60 min。通过试验证明温度、pH对多糖提取液影响极小,提取液具有良好的稳定性。白砂糖对提取液有促进作用,乳酸反之。酶解法是一种条件温和、节约能耗、提取率高的提取方法。
