Gallic acid as reference, the Folin-Ciocalteu method was established to determine the content of polyphenols in sage. The stabilization, precision, repetition and recovery rate of this method were investigated. The regression equation was:Y=0.152 5X+0.018 1 (R2=0.998). This method measured the polyphenols content in sage was 3.86%, the average recovery rate of five groups of samples was 101.3 %. This method for determining the content of polyphenols in sage possesses high stability (RSD=1.63%), repeatability (RSD=3.01%) and precision (RSD=1.02%).%采用Folin-Ciocaileu法,以没食子酸为标准品,测定鼠尾草多酚含量,用比色法测定其稳定性、精密度、重现性和加样回收率。标准曲线的回归方程为:y=0.1525x+0.0181(R2=0.998)。本方法测得的鼠尾草中多酚含量为3.86%,5组样品的平均回收率为101.3%。本方法测定鼠尾草多酚含量具有较高的稳定性(RSD=1.63%)、重现性(RSD=3.01%)和精密度(RSD=1.02%)。
