以植物竹根七根及根茎为原料,从中分离并检测天然防腐成分.用系统溶剂法从竹根七中分离得到化合物纯品,用核磁法测定其结构,用高效液相法测定其含量.所得化合物为白桦脂醇,其含量为(0.28±0.02) mg/g.竹根七中含有天然防腐成分白桦脂醇.%The natural preservatives composition of roots and rhizomes of Tupistra chinensis was separated and detected. The systematic solvent extraction method was used to isolate active ingredients . Structure of isolated compound was identified by nuclear magnetic, and its content was determined by HPLC. The isolated compound was identified as Betulin, and its content was (0.28±0.02) mg/g. Betulin which is a kind of natural ingredient exists in Tupistra chinensis.
