原子吸收光谱法测定玉米须中的铁

         

摘要

To find the best testing conditions, the lamp current, burning height, the width of spectral pass band and ratio of gas to combustion-supporting gas (combustion ratio)for the determination of trace iron in corn silk by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)was studied. The experimental results showed that lamp current 5.1 mA~5.7 mA, burning height 5 mm~6 mm, the width of spectral pass band 0.2 nm and combustion ratio coefficient in the range of 1:4 to 1:3.5 was selected .Under this conditions , atomization efficiency was high and determination was accurate. The recoveries were from 96.65%to 103.40%.%探讨利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定玉米须中铁元素含量时,仪器工作条件对测定结果的影响.结果表明:选择灯电流5.1 mA~5.7 mA、燃烧高度5 mm~6 mm、光谱通带0.2 nm、燃气与助燃气比例1:4~1:3.5时,原子化效果理想,回收率为96.65%~103.40%,方法简便、准确.
