介绍了超临界CO2流体萃取技术的原理、工艺流程、特点及主要影响因素，综述了超临界CO2流体萃取技术在植物化学物提取中的应用现状，展望了超临界CO2流体萃取技术的应用前景与发展的对策。%The principle,technological process,characteristic and several factors affecting this extraction yield of supercritical liquid extraction technique were discussed in this paper. In addition ,the situation and superiority of supercritical CO2 extraction technology applied in the development research of phyto-chemicals were introduced and the application prospect of the technology was performed.
