自发气调保鲜“红灯”樱桃及数学模型的建立

         

摘要

采用正交试验的方法设计9组不同包装,分别对“红灯”樱桃进行自发气调(MA)贮藏,期间测量了不同包装内气体成分的变化规律以及气体稳定后袋内气体组成。利用三元二次回归分析建立了描述袋内平衡气体组成与影响因素(保鲜袋面积、保鲜袋厚度、袋内产品质量)之间关系的数学模型,通过该数学模型可以方便的设计出满足不同规格要求的“红灯”樱桃MA保鲜包装。%Through orthogonal test, 9 different packagings were designed for modified atmosphere (MA) storage of 'Hong Deng' cherry. During storage period, the variation of the gas composition within different packagings and the composition of gas which had reached stable were measured. Using ternary quadratic regression analysis to establish the mathematical models which described the relationship between the balance gas composition and influencing factors (bags area, the thickness of the bags, packaging product quality). Different MA storage packagings can be easily designed to meet the storage of 'Hong Deng' cherry by the mathematical models.
