用水蒸气蒸馏-二氯甲烷萃取的方法提取水产品中四种挥发性N-亚硝胺，即N-二甲基亚硝胺（NDMA）、N-二乙基亚硝胺（NDEA）、N-亚硝基吡咯烷（NPYR）和N-二丙基亚硝胺（NDPA）。利用气相色谱-热能分析仪联用进行定性定量检测。本检测方法线性相关系数分别可达0.9994、0.9991、0.9992和0.9987；线性范围可达0.2μg/mL～4.0μg/mL；方法重现性良好，其RSD可达2.48%～3.56%；回收率可达75.2%～88.9%。%In this paper, using steam distillation-dichloromethane extraction of volatile N-nitrosamines in aquatic products, such as N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA), N-nitrosodiethyla-mine (NDEA), N-nitrosopyrrolidine (NPYR) and N-nitroso-di-n-propylamine (NDPA). Using gas chromatography, thermal energy analyzer combined with qualitative and quantitative detection. The detection method of linear correlation coefficient can reach 0.999 4, 0.999 1, 0.999 2 and 0.998 7;the linear range is 0.2μg/mL-4.0μg/mL;method with good reproducibility, the RSD up to 2.48%-3.56%;the recovery was 75.2%-88.9%.
