为阐明地木耳（Nostoc commune）的药用保健价值，研究了地木耳多糖提取物对超氧自由基、羟自由基、脂质过氧化的清除和抑制作用，以及提取物对人胚肾细胞293（HEK 293）抗氧化酶SOD、CAT、GPx的酶活力的影响。结果显示，多糖提取物能有效的清除超氧自由基和羟自由基，对蛋黄匀浆脂质过氧化有明显的抑制作用，并且呈现量效关系；提取物对HEK 293细胞没有毒性，而且能显著提高抗氧化酶的活性，其中对GPx（39.6％）和CAT（31.9％）酶活力的最大提高率高于SOD（18.9%）。结果表明，地木耳有良好的抗氧化活性，可以作为优良的天然抗氧化剂来源。% The antioxidant activities of polysaccharide extract of Nostoc commune were investigated using several different models. The results revealed that the extract had a significant scavenging effect on superoxide anion radicals and hydroxyl radicals. It could also inhibit lipid peroxidation in egg homogenate system in a dose dependent manner. There was no cytotoxic effect in HEK 293 cells , but could elevate the antioxidant enzyme activities clearly. Among which, the highest elevation effect was observed in GPx (39.6%), followed by CAT (31.9%) and SOD (18.9%). The results indicated that N. commune had a notable antioxidant characteristic and could be regarded as a good natural resource of antioxidants.
