食用香料洋茉莉醛的合成新工艺研究

         

摘要

Catechol was used as the raw material , and the heliotropine was reached by cyclization reaction , condensation reaction and oxidative decarboxylation reaction , with a total yield of 84.8%. Its structure was also characterized. In the oxidative decarboxylation reaction , a new catalyzer was used. Compared with the exiting literature, this technology is easily obtained raw material, simple process, high yield and good industrial prospects.%以邻苯二酚为原料经环化、缩合、氧化脱羧反应制得洋茉莉醛并表征了其结构,其中在氧化脱羧阶段,使用了自制的新型高效过氧化物/金属盐复合催化剂,优化后的工艺总收率为84.8%。此工艺与已有文献报道相比,具有原料易得、工艺简单、反应迅速、产率高等优势,有良好的工业化前景。
