低碳经济是以低污染、低排放和低能耗为基本特征的经济发展模式，为了发展我国低碳旅游，提出以下对策建议：关注三个重点领域，建设绿色循环型旅游景区、实现酒店节能减排和低碳发展、重视绿色环保旅游企业评选和认证；建立四个发展机制，扶持奖励机制、融资创新机制、联合促进机制、示范推广机制；构建四个保障体系，生态规划设计体系、集约化生产服务体系、社会化宣传体系和绿色环境审计体系。%Low-carton economy is an economic development model that is based on low pollution,low emissions and low energy consumption.To develop the low-carbon tourism,this paper put forward the following suggestions:focus on three key areas such as building green recycling-based tourist attractions,achieving energy saving and low-carbon development,emphasizing on selection and certification of green tourism companies;establish four development mechanisms such as supporting incen-tives,innovative financing mechanisms,joint promotion mechanism and extension mechanism;construct four security systems such as ecological planning and design system,intensive production service system,social and promoting system and green en-vironmental auditing system.
