ABSTRACT:Objective To test the applicability of Rapid HIT 200 apparatus into quick detection of forensic DNA. Methods Rapid HIT 200 apparatus was used to test the samples including whole blood fluid, bloodstains, saliva stains, exfoliated cells and tissues, for evaluating its sensitivity, adaptability, reproducibility and preventability against contamination. Results The sensitivity for testing whole blood lfuid is 1µL, equivalent to 30 pg quantity of DNA template. For the quantity-eligible samples of tissues, bloodstains and saliva stains, more than 80%of the tested genetic loci are shown their genotyping proifles, whereas mere 16 % of the tested genetic loci are exposed for the exfoliated cells. Among the 100 samples processed by Rapid HIT 200 apparatus, no contamination occurs within the samples themselves or one another during their transferring or testing. The reproducibility and consistency of the tested genetic loci exceed 90%for either the bloodstains or saliva stains or exfoliated cells. Conclusions Rapid HIT 200 apparatus is capable of preventing contamination, applicable for detecting DNA extracted from both the quantity-normal samples and trilfing ones albeit a better result prone to emerge for the former than the latter ones.%目的：检验Rapid HIT 200系统快速检测DNA的法医学可应用性。方法将血斑、唾液斑、脱落细胞及各种组织以该系统检测，从灵敏度、适应性、重复性和防污染等方面评估其效能。结果该系统检测全血样本（血液）灵敏度为1µL，模板量30 pg左右；血斑、组织与唾液斑的检出率均在80%以上，但对脱落细胞仅为16%；对测试的100个样本中，未发生样本自身或彼此间的转移污染；对血斑、唾液斑、脱落细胞的重复性检验，其基因座一致性检出率达90%以上。结论该系统具备防污染能力，对常量检材的检测能力优于微量。
