多维智能空间管理系统在会泽黑颈鹤自然保护区的实践与运用

         

摘要

The multi-dimensional intelligent space management system in Huize National Nature Reserve of Black-necked Cranes was built by Mobile GIS and WebGIS technology. With the data of HD remote sensing image and the technology of Arcgis Server, the patrolling information was collected and uploaded to the backend server by Mobile GIS. The WebGIS technology was used to download and update the data of background server in the network client to realize the information synchronization between the mobile port and the network port. This paper compared the old system with the new one in terms of operation mode, data acquisition, data precision, photo and video collection and image resolution. The application effect showed that the mobile and networked model for data acquisition and management made the protec-tion of black-necked cranes and wetland ecological environment more scientific and reasonable.%基于移动GIS和WebGIS技术构建会泽黑颈鹤自然保护区多维智能空间管理系统.该系统以高清遥感影像为数据支持,将ArcGIS Server地图缓存技术融入其中,通过移动GIS进行自然保护区巡护信息采集并上传到后台服务器,采用WebGIS技术在网络客户端实时对后台服务器数据进行下载更新,从而实现移动端和网络端的信息同步.文中在操作方式、数据采集方式、采集精度、照片和视频采集以及影像分辨率等方面进行了新旧系统比对.应用效果表明,这种移动化、网络化的数据采集和管理模式,使自然保护区黑颈鹤及其越冬地的湿地生态环境保护工作更加科学、合理.
