自主知识产权名牌是企业从事研发创新以及营销创新等价值链高端环节创新的产物,是企业实现可持续成长的战略性资产.本文基于战略管理领域的“战略-行为-绩效”理论分析范式,并借助资源成长理论构建了企业自主知识产权名牌生成机制的分析框架;进而以华为高科技名牌企业为例,探究了企业自主知识产权名牌的生成机制,即战略导向选择机制和竞争绩效传导机制.%The independent intellectual property brand is the outcome of the enterprise's innovation. Based on theoretical analysis of "strategy -behavior -serformance", and the support from enterprise growth theory, this article sets up the analytical framework of formation mechanism of independent intellectual property famous brand. Then this paper takes "HuaWei" as an example to expound and prove the formation mechanism of independent intellectual property famous brand, which include strategy guidance choosing mechanism and competitive performance transmission mechanism.
