采用宏观分析、金相分析、扫描电镜分析及化学分析等方法，对梯级链用销轴的断裂原因进行检测与分析。分析结果表明，销轴小端转角处于应力集中区，当安装梯级时受到异常冲击载荷时，极易发生沿链长度方向的过载断裂。%This research detects and analyzes the causes of the fracture of stair chain pin axle through such methods as macro, metallographic, scanning electron microscope and chemical analyses. The analysis indicates that the corner of the smaller end of axle in the area of stress concentration is prone to longitudinal overload breakable when the step installation is affected by abnormal impact load.
