熔融铝合金的保护涂料

         

摘要

Mechanism of interfacial corrosion producing during the smelting aluminum alloy was analyzed. Optimization and test for the paint constituents were conducted. The results are as follows: (a) water glass at elevated temperature may well adhere to ferrous materials, and has good heat resistance; (b) silicon sol and white emulsion can render the adhesive strength of water glass paint higher; (c) sodium-base water glass of large module can make it possible to increase the adhesion and the resistance to cracking caused by sudden heating for the paint.%对铝合金熔炼时界面腐蚀的机理进行了分析。进行了涂料组分优化设计和试验。试验结果表明,水玻璃在高温下与铁质材料有良好的附着性能和耐热性;硅溶胶与白乳胶可以提高水玻璃系涂料的附着强度;高模数钠基水玻璃可以提高涂料的附着强度和抗暴热开裂性能。
