陶瓷颗粒增强SiCp/Al铝基复合材料制备和性能研究

         

摘要

In this paper,two kinds of advanced particle reinforced SiCp/ZL108 composites with volume fraction 15vol% and 20vol% respectively were fabricated by liquid stirring casting technology.The effects of SiCp on the microstructure,mechanical properties and wear-resisting property were investigated by means of tensile test,observation of microstructure and wear-resistance test.The results show that with different volume content of SiC addition,the SiCp distribution is homogeneous and the density ofmicrostructure is high.The SiCp additions increase the dislocation density of the experimental composites;as a result,the mechanical property and Young's modulus are enhanced as well as the wear-resisting property.The excellent wear-resisting performance of SiCp/ZL108 is ascribed to the good supporting ability,heat conductivity and high-volume fraction of reinforced particle SiC.%采用液态搅拌铸造工艺制备了体积分数为15%和20%的SiCp/ZL 108两种铝基复合材料,通过拉伸测试、组织观察和耐磨性能实验,研究了增强颗粒SiC对基体合金的显微组织、力学性能与耐磨性能的影响.结果表明,在基体ZL108中加入不同体积分数的SiCp后,颗粒分布均匀,组织致密,增加了复合材料中的位错密度,力学性能、弹性模量得到提高,材料的磨损性能有大幅度的改善,SiCp的良好支撑作用、导热性能和高体积分数是复合材料耐磨性能优良的主要原因.
