为解决传统离心铸造中容易出现的元素和碳化物偏析问题,在离心铸造过程中施加脉冲电磁场,并对电磁场主要参数进行调控和优化.脉冲磁场频率分别设定为2、4、6、8、10 Hz,对应的铸型中心磁感应强度峰值强度范围为0.2~5T.轧辊经热处理后,进行力学性能测试.研究结果表明:在离心铸造过程中施加脉冲磁场后,能起到抑制合金元素和碳化物偏析的作用,轧辊的综合力学性能得到提高,磁场频率为6 Hz时,作用效果最佳.%The pulse magnetic field is applied during centrifugal casting to solve the segregation of elements and carbide. The frequency of magnetic fields is set as 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 Hz respectively. The corresponding magnetic induction intensities of mould center are 0.2-5 T. After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the roller were tested. The results show that the segregation can be inhibited after using pulse magnetic field. The comprehensive mechanical properties are enhanced obviously. When the field frequency is 6 Hz, the best effect can be obtained.
